The short version: LS Lifestyle only uses a few essential cookies that sign you in and keep sign-in secure. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't let ad networks or social media plugins put cookies on your device. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to work, there's nothing to switch on or off and no cookie banner.
Cookies we set
All of them are first-party, HttpOnly (page scripts can't read them) and sent over HTTPS only when the site is on HTTPS.

Storage in your browser
- The web app remembers a few settings in your browser's local storage, for example which feed you were looking at and which chats you've already read. It stays on your device and is only used by the app.
- While you're connecting Lifestyle Link to your account, the app keeps the connection code in session storage for that tab until you're signed in.
- If you install the web app on your device, a small service worker keeps a copy of the app's page and icons so it can start without a connection. It never stores your posts, messages or other data from the server.
Other services
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may set its own strictly necessary security cookies (for example "__cf_bm") to tell people apart from bots.
- The web app loads its typeface from Google Fonts. That doesn't set cookies, but your browser does send your IP address to Google when the font loads.
- "Continue with Discord" takes you to Discord's site, where Discord's own cookie policy applies.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block or delete the cookies above, you'll be signed out and won't be able to sign in until you allow them again.
