Getting started in 3 steps
The mod works on its own. The online apps need a free account and Lifestyle Link.
Put HS25_Lifestyle_Mod.zip in Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025\mods (don't unpack it) and tick it when you load your savegame.
In the game press Esc or Left Alt + O. On a controller: RB + View. The phone takes the pause menu's place; the game's own menu is the Classic menu app.
Make an account, start Lifestyle Link, press Sign in on the website, then turn on Live data (Lifestyle Link) in the phone's Settings.
In multiplayer only the host needs Lifestyle Link.
What's on the phone
Apps marked Online need Lifestyle Link and an account. Everything else works offline, in single player and multiplayer.
Controls
The keys you need most. Every one can be changed in the game's Options > Controls. Controller buttons are for an Xbox-style pad; "+" means hold the first, press the second; L3 / R3 means pressing the left / right stick in.

FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. No ads, nothing to buy. LS Lifestyle is a fan-made mod by Hashy.
Do I need Lifestyle Link?
Only for the online apps. Farming Simulator mods can't go online by themselves, so Lifestyle Link (a small Windows program) does it for them. The phone, camera, music, books, bank, health and games all work without it.
How do I get the normal pause menu back?
Open the Classic menu app on the phone, or turn off "Phone replaces the pause menu" in the Lifestyle settings (Left Alt + C).
Does it work in multiplayer?
Yes. Everyone needs the mod; only the host needs Lifestyle Link. Players without their own Link can read, chat and call, but pictures and videos need Lifestyle Link on their own PC.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
Lifestyle Link isn't code-signed, so Windows asks. Click More info, then Run anyway. It only talks to this website, the weather and news sources you switch on, and the AI service you pick.
Is this a beta?
Yes, v0.1.0.0. Expect rough edges. If something breaks, the troubleshooting guide says which log files to send us.
Is it connected to GIANTS, Meta or any real app?
No. Farmbook, FarmGram, Messenger and the rest are our own names for features in the mod. Not affiliated with GIANTS Software.
